The shop describes this on its own website as tailored cuts combining clipper and scissor techniques for a specific style. It is not a separate booking line, and that makes sense: every cut here starts with a consultation, so every cut is already tailored. Book a Haircut and bring a reference.

Bring an idea of how much time you are willing to spend on it in the morning, because a cut that needs ten minutes of styling is a different cut from one that does not. Say if you have a wedding or a photo in the next fortnight. All of that lands in the first few minutes of a 45 minute Haircut booking, and it changes what gets done.
There is no separate custom cut price on the online menu. The Haircut line is $50 for 45 minutes and that is the one to book. This was our first time at Signore, and our experience was absolutely amazing! My son is very particular about his hair, so we showed Andre a photo for reference, and somehow, the final result turned out even better than we imagined! Andre is so friendly and has such a great energy. My son felt completely comfortable with him and already asked to come back next month. That says everything! We couldn't be happier with his haircut and the whole experience. We'll definitely be back!
